Pelvic Exams
During a pelvic exam, your provider will examine your vulva, uterus, cervix, fallopian tubes, ovaries, bladder, and rectum for signs of illness. This happens during your yearly wellness exam starting at the age of 21.
Pap Tests
Also known as a Pap smear, this procedure tests women for cervical cancer by looking for cells that aren't normal. This exam uses a speculum and a swab to collect cells from the outside of our cervix before being sent for lab testing. Starting at 21 years old, it's recommended that women get Pap smears every three years.
Breast Exams
Breast exams are part of a women's annual wellness exam. Similar to a self-examination, your provider will check for lumps, thickening tissue, dimpling, rashes, discharge, and other symptoms. It's also important to do monthly self-exams to familiarize yourself and notice any changes in your breasts.
Annual Wellness Exams with Labs
In order to protect their health, women should get annual wellness exams. During these visits, pelvic exams, pap tests, breast exams, and other exams will be performed. Other health related concerns, such as nutrition, menstrual cycles, and sexual activity, can also be addressed. If necessary, Lily Medical is also able to conduct a variety of lab tests related to women's health.

Your mental health is just as important as your physical health! Lily Medical is here to help you feel healthy and happy. Our practitioners can help diagnose and treat your depression or anxiety. It's important to know the symptoms of each and reach out to help improve your quality of life.
Hormone Pellets/HRT Therapy
