What is TeleHealth?

Telehealth, also known as telemedicine or virtual care, is care by a licensed health care provider using telecommunication and information technologies, often from a distance.

How does it work?

Once you are in our system as a patient, we send you an invitation via email. Clicking on a link in the invitation you can automatically be connected with your provider via videochat. 

Guided by excellent standards of care and clinical practice guidelines, and backed by decades of research and demonstrations, telehealth is a safe and cost-effective way to extend the delivery of mental health care.
