DBT
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) is a highly skills-based group that helps clients build skills to manage emotional pain and suffering, build better relationships and boundaries, be able to ask for help or to say no to people as needed, and mindfulness/relaxation skills. This group improves your skill set and your insight into how your thinking influences your emotions and behaviours to give you more control. This group is appropriate for people with mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. We offer two DBT groups, one for adults and one for adolescents.
