An Intensive Outpatient Behavioral Health and Substance Abuse Program with Medical Support
Program Mission Statement: Our mission is to support the long-term mental health and substance use recovery of members of our community. We want to be able to treat individuals with serious mental health and substance abuse without having to be removed from their environment. If individuals are able to learn to cope and heal while dealing with the stressors of daily life, they will be able to achieve long term health.
What is PHP?
Partial Hospitalization (PHP) is an intensive program (20 to 25 hours a week) designed to help individuals who are at a high risk of hospitalization due to substance abuse, mental/behavioral health concern, or both. The goals are to reduce risk and create a strong team of support for clients with individualized treatment planning. Treatment is done in 30-day cycles.

Treatment Modalities
As stated before, treatment will be individualized, however treatment utilized is researched based and proven to be effective. A few of the modalities used are: Dialectical Behacioral Therapy, Seeking Safety, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (group and individual) and TAP19. The treatment is engaging, and individuals will learn to understand themselves and what will lead to lasting health. We also use a robust safety plan with treatment teams meeting daily.
